My mission is to provide a peaceful, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga journey.

I bring to my classes the aspects of yoga that drew me in and inspired me to become an instructor.  Among them are tuning in to how the body feels, honoring limitations and abilities, using the breath to control mind and body and feeling stronger with more flexibility.

Modifications are offered to allow students to find their own expression, from beginner to advanced.

I have been teaching yoga since receiving my 200-hour certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2006.  In 2019 I became a 500-hour certified yoga instructor after completing the Advanced Yoga Training from Dharmachakra Yoga School.
