ABOUT ME
Nancy Slyman of Karma Garden Yoga
My mission is to provide a peaceful, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga journey.
I bring to my classes the aspects of yoga that drew me in and inspired me to become an instructor. Among them are tuning in to how the body feels, honoring limitations and abilities, using the breath to control mind and body and feeling stronger with more flexibility.
Modifications are offered to allow students to find their own expression, from beginner to advanced.
I have been teaching yoga since receiving my 200-hour certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2006. In 2019 I became a 500-hour certified yoga instructor after completing the Advanced Yoga Training from Dharmachakra Yoga School.
SERVICES
YOGA IN THE WORKPLACE
Contact me about having yoga classes at your place of business. The class is designed to meet the needs of the group (long hours sitting at desks, standing, repetitive motion, etc.). Contact me for pricing.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
Private sessions are created to meet your personal needs. $50 - $80 (varies by location of session).
GROUP PRIVATE
Host a group of 6 or more in your home (no charge for the host).
Sessions from 5 - 10 weeks. $50 per person for 5 weeks, $60 for 6 weeks, etc.

12:00 - 1:00 pm - Yin Yoga on Zoom - $10/class (see registration page to pay)
